Brown bread 1lb whole meal flour

1/2lb plain flour

1 & 1/2 handfuls of porridge

Seeds – milled linseed, millled chia, sesame seeds , sunflower seeds 

1& 1/2 teaspoon bread soda

1 & 1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix all dry ingredients then add

1 & 1/2 tablespoon treacle 

1 & 1/2 tablespoon oil

1 & 1/2 pints Buttermilk

Place in 2 x 1lb loaf tins oiled & put in preheated 180 oven for 55-60 mins xxx
